Saturday September 22nd at 9am.
Your race number will be posted out about 10 DAYS before the event. Bundle entries will be posted together in time for first race. Please keep your numbers safe as to replace them will cost €10. Enclosed will be your race number with the Chip timing device attached to the back. This chip must remain on the race number as no chip, no time. Please ensure you wear the correct number for this event.
Your baggage label is at the bottom of your race number. Please stick it onto any bag you wish to leave into the baggage area. However, it must be pointed out that you deposit any baggage in this area entirely at your own risk. Please do not leave any valuables in this area. Attach your race number with pins, some will also be available at the start on race day.
For safety reasons we can not allow people to use buggies in the event.
Directions to the start area will be clearly signposted. Please arrive at the start in good time. The race will start at 9am sharp. Please give your full co-operation to our team of race stewards.
There will be toilets provided close to the start area.
There will be limited parking in Phoenix Park on race day. A bike park will be provided close to the start area, so bring your bike.
There will be shuttle buses supplied on race day morning. The bus will be parked on Parkgate St close to the Frank Sherwin bridge from 7:30am. The last bus will leave there at 8:30am. It will also be available after each race, at the Phoenix Monument, to take runners back to Parkgate St.
You will be presented with your finishers medal, race t-shirt and goodie bag at the end of the race, please take care of the t-shirt as it cannot be replaced.
Pacers will be provided to help you reach the following target times, 1hr 30 minutes, 1hr 40 minutes, 1hr 50 minutes and 2hrs.
